Morehead Dance Academy is fully committed to building and strengthening its students mentally, physically, and artistically. All students are encouraged to discover dance and movement by being taught age appropriate exercises, steps, and terminology. It is our goal to have students learn to express themselves creatively, execute dance movements with proper skill and technique, and develop gracefulness, poise, strength, and flexibility. More importantly, we hope that through our classes students will learn to appreciate dance as an art and feel welcome to discover the joy that comes from dance and movement.
